Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver all across Pakistan. Whether you're in a major city or a more remote area, Shoemistry will bring your cork sandals to you.

International shipping is currently not available, but we plan to expand soon.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Major cities: 3–5 business days

    • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: PKR 250 for orders under PKR 10,000

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders of PKR 10,000 or above

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking number.

  • You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Delays

We work with reliable delivery partners, but delays may occur due to:

  • Uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes, high-volume periods)

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

Delivery Partner

We partner with trusted courier service, PostEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Receipt

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, we recommend not accepting the delivery and contacting us immediately.
