Shoemistry – Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Shoemistry, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — fairly and clearly.
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Yes, you can exchange your Shoemistry sandals within 14 days of purchase only if:

The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The item does not match the original specifications or is not what you ordered.
To initiate an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at shoemistrypk@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +92-333-5002007
We review each case individually and aim to resolve all matters fairly.
Note: We require photo evidence of the faulty item emailed within the 14-day window before any exchange can be approved.
What can't be exchanged?
We are unable to process exchanges in the following cases:

The request is made after 14 days of purchase or after 3 days of delivery without notice.

The product has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

The item is missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.

Any sign of tampering or modification to the sandals.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged on arrival.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
We only accept returns if:

You received a wrong item, or
-
The item was damaged upon delivery.
To return an item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery through email or WhatsApp with clear photos and your order number. We will assess your case and offer a resolution accordingly.
How do I return an item?
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup and cover the return shipping cost only if the item was wrong or damaged upon arrival.
What items are not returnable?

Items that have been used, worn, or washed

Items with missing packaging, tags, or accessories

Customized or made-to-order sandals

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged on arrival.
RETURNS
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, you can choose:

A refund to your bank account (processed within 7–10 business days), or
-
A Shoemistry voucher for the same value, valid for your next purchase.
Note: We do not refund the original shipping costs unless the entire order was incorrect or damaged.
What if I received an incorrect refund amount?
Please contact our customer support and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Shoemistry reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.
